We have been going to Dr. Lim for years. He and his staff are the best! Highly recommend! They are the kindest and most caring dentist and staff I have ever been to, and I have been to many.

Dr. Lim is definitely the best dentist I’ve ever seen in my life. I loved his staff. They were so friendly and attentive, and always gave me the play-by-play of what was going on. They are very thorough. I’m only on the beginning of my dental journey of oral renovation, but I am looking forward to working with this practice to restore my total health. Except for the receptionist… She was not friendly and I found her very brusque. What bothered me the most is she literally told me contrary information to what the dental professional had just told me and that felt very uncomfortable! Before posting this review, I read other reviews that also say very similar comments about the receptionist. A recent one star review that is all because of The woman behind the front desk. I won’t let the receptionist stop me from attending this awesome practice, but their cancellation policy is so rigid! If I have an emergency sometime between Thursday and Sunday and I can’t make my Monday appointment, I will have to pay $80 even if I know that I need to cancel by Thursday morning just because the practice isn’t open Thursday through Sunday, and “24 hours” before a Monday appointment would have to be t

I really enjoyed my first exam here at Dental Wellness Centre back in June (2025). When I walked into the office, it felt very peaceful and calm, almost relaxing. I was greeted by the woman at the front desk who was very friendly. And the whole process felt easy, almost seamless. During my appointment, Dr. Lim took his time to thoroughly explain everything to me during the exam. I can tell he really cares about his patients and their dental health. I feel I learned so much from my appointment with him. Dr. Lim and the whole staff let me know what I was doing well and educated me on how I can improve my overall dental health. The whole staff was friendly, helpful, and very kind! The dental assistant, Cathedral, was so sweet and took such great care of me as well! When she took the X-rays, I felt calm and relaxed. She explained the whole process before anything got captured by the X-ray machine. And I enjoyed talking with the office manager Elizabeth after my appointment when I was leaving and paying. I spoke to Elizabeth on the phone before I came in for my appointment, and she was extremely helpful in educating me on some dental health topics before I even booked an appointment! I'

Excellent practice. You get what you pay for. No rush cafeteria dentistry practiced here. Patients will drive hours for the service. You pay the costs up front and they will then submit to your dental plan provided you have out of network coverage and you'll get reimbursed.
